The Relationship Managers are responsible for supporting the Managing Director and Plan Sponsors with the administration and operation of the retirement plan, including plan governance and plan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate quarterly service plan calendar,
Preparation and follow through for retirement plan investment committee meetings,
Assist in managing fiduciary compliance,
Manage the installation and conversion process for recordkeeper changes,
Proactively servicing and following-up on day-to-day retirement plan client inquiries,
Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service to promote
Internal Operations - Manage the technology infrastructure, broker-dealer compliance, and overall productivity of the office.
Attention to detail,
to keep multiple tasks and projects moving simultaneously,
A demonstrated ability to write, think and communicate clearly.
Familiar with Microsoft suite of applications and the ability to quickly learn new
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a salaried position offering 17 days of personal time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with matching contribution, company-paid individual health, life and disability insurance. Salary is
commensurate with experience.
