WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a college graduate or experienced
professional to compliment our thriving office environment who’s internally driven to produce excellent work. This person will have at least 5 years experience in the retirement plan industry and a firm understanding of the various aspects of plan
administration, including trust accounting, compliance testing, contribution allocations, preparation of Form 5500 and participant distributions. Datair experience is a plus. Experience with DB/DC Combination and Cash Balance plans is also a
positive. Management experience is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary job duty encompasses all aspects of 401(k) Profit Sharing
Plan administration for a block of clients. This includes all client communication while leading clients through the annual cycle of collecting and processing their data. In addition, the job duty includes leading a team of Administrators &
Associates. This involves actively overseeing work to ensure timeliness and good customer service, fostering team culture to maintain a positive work environment, conducing ongoing meetings to maintain order and unity, and nurturing personal and
professional growth of all team members.
