TPA firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in all aspects of plan administration. In particular, experience with Datair Pension Administration,
Reporter and Document Systems is desirable. Experience with Nationwide, American Funds and John Hancock platforms is a plus.
Completion of Annual Valuation Reports
Coordinating, Compiling and
Requesting census information
Calculating Receivable Contributions
Calculating G/L for Pooled accounts
Performing all annual testing including ADP / ACP; coverage; non-discrimination, including cross-testing, etc.
Overall technical familiarity with plan rules, including contribution limits, benefit restrictions under IRC 436, distributions, loans, hardships, etc.
Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, Amendments, etc. using Datair
Consultation with Plan Sponsors regarding Plan related issues
5500, 8955 and 1099 preparation
