Defined Contribution Plan Administrator

Established Regional TPA

in Jacksonville FL

We are an established, regional TPA looking to add to our team at the Jacksonville, FL office.  This is an office position, so remote options are not available at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing Defined Contribution client relationships
  • Assessing and meeting compliance and tax filing deadlines
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Compliance testing under 401(k), 401(m), 410(b) and 401(a)(4)
  • Financial analysis of trust assets, including preparation of Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Preparation of reports using Relius administration system

Requirements:

  • ASPPA QKA designation preferred
  • Experience with DB/DC combination plans preferred
  • Experience in Relius software preferred, but not required
  • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 2 or more years’ experience in a comparable position
  • Ability to commute to office in Jacksonville, FL
