We are currently hiring for Team Leaders and Managers in our Folsom, CA office. If you have experience leading a team in a call center environment, retirement plan operations or trading then this is the place for you.
member of the leadership team you will monitor completion of necessary functions of the team and ensures the tasks are executed accurately and properly. This role is also responsible for organizing the recruitment and selection of employees as well as
taking an active role in the onboarding and performance management process in guiding and developing the skill set of the operations team.
The Team Leader/Manager will hold regular team meetings to share information and provide an open forum for team
members to collaborate. S/he will periodically review work of all team members to ensure quality and accuracy are met and that the team members meet high standards for customer service and communication skill. Will ensure that team members are challenged
in their jobs encouraging team members to develop beyond their current skill set.
In addition, s/he will work with Senior Management on ways to improve our product and enhance the client experience. S/he assists team members with research on
escalated issues and acts as a subject matter expert to other departments. This leader will build relationships with other leaders to ensure a smooth flow of information between teams.
applicant will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field or equivalent work experience.
S/he must have three to five years of progressive management experience over teams of five or more in a high volume,
transaction based operations environment preferably in recordkeeping of 401K plans or Financial Services.
Industry designations/licenses are plus (ASPPA, NIPA, investment-related, etc.) as well as knowledge of the retirement plan industry, ERISA
regulations, plan document issues, and investment topics.
A solid understanding of mutual funds, asset classes, market timing, and short term redemption fees
Superior communication, strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
are important for success.
The ability to work well cross-departmentally to ensure client expectations are exceeded is required.
