Newport Group has a great opportunity for a Manager, Client Reporting for our Greensboro, NC office. The Manager, Client Reporting will be responsible for the
direct management of Account Managers who provide outstanding client service. S/he will organize and oversee projects related to improving efficiency of Insurance Reporting. Actively monitor internal and external client deliverables to ensure that
deadlines are met. Standardize process and procedures across the team to ensure consistent quality in deliverables. Partner with Relationship Managers and other internal departments to ensure understanding of the products and services.
s/he will monitor client probability based on commission revenue, implementation and service fees, sales expense and other factors to determine the optimum level of service per client. Determine appropriate individual and team goals, provide training to
enhance career development, monitor and evaluate individual and team performance to stated objectives. Effectively distribute client workload across team members. Conduct regular team meetings. Work closely with team to solve complex reporting issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years' of experience working with Non-Qualified benefits or life insurance
Must have a through working knowledge of life insurance and NQ employee benefit plans
Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and lead others
Effective time management and organizational skills
Insurance, Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred
