Daily Valuation Analyst

Fringe Benefits Design, Inc., a Third Party Administration and Recordkeeping Firm in Bloomington, MN is searching for an experienced Daily Valuation Analyst. We place a high level of emphasis on providing a workplace whereby our employees are professionally challenged and personally gratified. We are a company built on a team concept that is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Daily Valuation Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects such as setting up new applications and implementation of new system features
  • Process corrections
  • Fund replacements
  • Trade submission and confirmation
  • Create, update, and run reports

Additional responsibilities:

  • Write and update procedures due to software updates and new regulations
  • Reconciliation of cash and units
  • Payroll, enrollment, distribution, loan and fee processing
  • Plan setup, changes, and termination
  • Census update and verification
  • Stock diversification, gain, and distribution processing

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Excel & data conversion
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
  • Strength in identifying how to streamline processes
  • Initiative to experiment with new technology
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • A creative mind with the ability to look for solutions “outside the box”
  • Experience with Relius Administration System preferred
  • Experience with PensionPro is a plus
