We are a Third Party Administrator located in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. Due to tremendous company growth, we
are searching for an experienced Retirement Plan Analyst. We are a unique, boutique TPA that takes pride in the customer service provided to our clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of administration of an assigned block of
company's 401(k), Profit Sharing, DB, Cash Balance, and 403(b) plans.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all client request, scheduled activities, distribution process, etc., are completed accurately and timely, and
in accordance with the plan document and company procedures.
Reconcile trust assets, calculate contributions, and manage the deposit and investment instruction process.
Navigate various investment platforms via their websites.
Perform ADP / ACP and other applicable tests; recommend and carry out appropriate course of action.
Service clients by responding to client inquiries with both written and verbal communications, research problems, conduct follow-up, etc.,
timely, accurately, and completely.
Verify data accuracy provided by other providers: payroll services, record keepers, investment firms, etc.
Conduct periodic valuations and generate accurate, timely reports.
Prepare IRS form
5500 with required schedules, generate 1099's, and prepare Summary Annual Reports
Desired Skills & Experience
4 year college degree (Accounting degree preferred)
Minimum of 7 years Retirement Plan Administration
ASPPA Certification(s) preferred
Desire to provide exceptional customer service to clients including client visits
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding computer skills including but
not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, Email, cloud based software services including client relationship management tools.
Outstanding problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction provided by upper
Ability to establish priorities as related to assigned caseload.
Experience with FT William Admin system and Pension Pro Workflow is a plus.
