Will conduct performance counseling, mentoring and performance evaluations and in addition will be responsible for recruitment, selection and retention of associates.
Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a client services team environment
5+ years’ experience in a related retirement services field
