Serve as primary point of contact for Client Service Associates or Managers for existing ESOP administration clients to address strategic issues and identify consulting opportunities.

Coordinate with Account Executive (AE)/Relationship Manager (RM) for other RIS offerings to provide a consistent experience for existing clients.
Provide proactive touches to the market segments
that are informational and sales-oriented.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required and 3+ years related experience.
Technical, statutory and regulatory knowledge of qualified and
ESOP experience preferred or ability to develop and maintain ESOP knowledge.
Attention to detail.
Good analytical, problem-solving skills.
Self-starter and ability to work independently and in a team
Travel required (up to 25%), including overnight stays.
This position may be located remotely.
