Drives market share with broker dealer partners by building strong relationships. The Partner Account Manager will be a dynamic sales professional with knowledge and experience in the retirement industry.

  • Proactively targets approved partner prospects to establish/maintain business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Closes new business opportunities through partner relationships and sales presentations.
  • Conducts informational and training meetings and/or delivers group presentations for partner sales associates
  • Attends appropriate industry conferences and seminars to identify and/or contact strategic market prospects as well as following up with those prospects.
  • Work with partners, identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within existing partners and network to grow contact base.
  • Using company CRM, documents sales calls as well as progress made developing relationships and building connections in the industry.
  • Partners with marketing to develop sales collateral and provides input on marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrates leadership within the growth team to train and mentor sales consultants on growing partner business.
  • Leverages the PAi value proposition to overcome prospect challenges and creates solutions that deliver mutually beneficial opportunities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of retirement industry sales experience
  • Ability to travel in order to accomplish assigned responsibilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partner executive level decision makers
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Killer deal-closing instincts
  • Expert negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience in business development within a service industry
  • Demonstrated competence in cold calling, advanced networking, relationship development, and advanced selling skills
  • Ability to understand moderately complex financial systems and the support staff that maintains them

ADA requirements

  • Frequently required to sit; talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls
  • Regularly required to stand and walk
  • On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders
  • Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
