management style. We are currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team in King of Prussia, PA.
The Benefits Analyst coordinates administration of benefit programs and systems issues, additionally organizes project
management activities for new vendor implementations. Updates specifications, maintains information on benefits portal and administers Company’s Voluntary Benefits program. The Benefit Analyst escalates issues from Benefits Service Center as
appropriate and manages ACA compliance and on-going processing and data collection requirements.
Supports the daily function of HRIS-related benefits issues.
Benefits program including remittance, account reconciliation, communications and troubleshooting.
Manages and updates existing and new content on Benefits Portal (forms, descriptions, alerts) relative to general benefits administration and
Voluntary Benefits Platform/Plans.
Handles escalated issues from Benefits Service Center and assigns or routes as appropriate.
Assists with administration of PTO and employee leave of absences.
Manages requests for documentation
for Legal inquiries and subpoenas; coordinates ACA compliance requirements.
Maintains working knowledge of HRIS system including report writing, audits, data analysis and various assignments.
Assists with one/one training for facilities
with new users.
Coordinates communication fulfillment for open enrollment and mid-year plan updates.
Organizes project management activities for new vendor implementations.
Updates specifications as
Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years’ experience required.
Must have functional knowledge of HR and Benefits with a strong background in systems.
Excellent analytical skills required. Must be detail oriented, self-starter and display excellent follow through skills.
Must meet timelines and deadlines.
Paralegal or compliance experience desired.
proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
