responsibility involves processing activity on the Plans. Activity may include but is not limited to:
A. Processing New Loans
This responsibility involves reviewing new loan requests for accuracy and completeness. The loan
request is also reviewed to ensure it meets all technical requirements and is in accordance with the plan document. Once confirmed, the new loan is processed and established on our system with all necessary supporting documentation.
This involves posting distributions to Schwab RT based on termination paperwork received from the client. Once vesting and dates have been updated, the distribution may be posted. All related trade batches are then
submitted to the custodian to trade.
C. Processing Contributions & Loan repayments through SchARP & SRT\ADT
This responsibility involves processing contributions received from our clients. ACH requests may need to be
initiated. Contribution data is generally received via our SchARP system with certain exceptions. Once the contribution is processed, it must be verified to the information received for accuracy.
D. Adjustment and Requests
This involves handling requests from clients or participants related to their accounts.
