Under limited supervision, uses education, detailed knowledge and skills obtained through on-the-job training to implement new retirement plans to meet the expectations of the client and coordinated efficiently and
with other departments to allow for seamless transition to Aspire’s platform.
Creates positive transition experience for the client through conference call consultation and consistent email
updates and progress reports.
Coordinate document accumulation phase for the Retirement implementation and conversion cases.
Review retirement plan case submissions to ensure set-up is accurate, completed and in good order.
Communicate service expectations, conversion procedures and timing standards to all clients (sponsor, TPA, advisor) and internal departments.
Identify and resolve issues encountered during plan installation process
Track, monitor and
approve all “live plans” using Implementation checklists.
Ensure successful and complete client transition from Conversions to ongoing administration and Client Service teams.
Review daily cash report, account for all
