provide legal counsel and services to the employee benefits function within Human Resources Total Remuneration Group, including advising on qualified pension plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, ERISA plan investments and equity
Providing operational advice and general support to numerous departments and business units, including Retirement, Executive Compensation, Benefit Plan
Investments and Mergers and Acquisitions and Litigation Support.
Advising on the ERISA and tax law implications of the Company’s compensatory arrangements and benefit programs.
Providing advice and assistance regarding benefits and
compensation matters in corporate M&A transactions.
Educating and advising fiduciary committees that oversee the Company’s retirement and executive compensation benefit programs.
Designing and drafting plan documents,
amendments, and other documents relating to retirement and executive compensation benefit plans. Negotiate and draft vendor services agreements.
