Summary: Responsible for the annual administration of Qualified Retirement Plans by providing, accurate, timely service and proactive observations ensuring excellent customer service and profitable
Perform all aspects of administration for assigned caseload consisting generally of safe harbor design-based Defined Contribution Plans with less than 100 employees, including maintaining accurate aging
Analyze provisions in plan documents and census information to determine eligibility, key and highly compensated employees and input data.
Calculate employer contributions including related non-discrimination testing and coverage
testing while taking into consideration top-heavy status, deductibility limits, and impact of forfeitures as well as other compliance requirements for plans.
Allocate gains and losses on pooled and individual accounts.

Prepare client reports.
Assist in calculating and processing distributions.
Inform Compliance Manager and Consultant of workflow status on a regular basis.

Education / Experience:
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical
