Manage a Retirement Plan
Operations Team and implement process improvements to provide timely, accurate, and profitable customer service and contribute to the acquisition and retention of retirement plan clients.
Processing Operations team and activities including setting up systems according to plan document provisions and services requested, researching complex operational issues and resolving in according with IRS/DOL guidance, including calculation of earnings
adjustments. The Advanced Processing team are subject matter experts on various Retirement Plan products and services we offer.
We are looking for a leader with strong OMNI Recordkeeping System knowledge who can drive operational
Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, appraisal, and salary recommendations of reporting subordinates. Contribute to the company's progress in affirmative action.
Participate in and/or lead systems
development and process improvement projects and practice teams. Serve as a resource and recommend operational policies to provide outstanding customer service consistent with regulatory requirements and strategic vision. Monitor processes and system
utilization to support service strategies, operations and customer needs. Support product development and sales activities as a technical and operational resource to maintain and improve product and service
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math or related field.
4 to 6 years’ experience in retirement plans industry leadership preferred.
