The Division Manager will manage a team of Defined Contribution Plan Administrators and

Characteristics, Knowledge and Skills:
A demonstrated working knowledge of the defined contribution retirement plan administration and recordkeeping concepts.
Possesses excellent interpersonal, decision-making and
Ability to analyze and improve existing and needed additional processes
A motivated leader, commited to excellent customer service and a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
Minimum experience of 5
years in plan administration
Minimum of 2 years management experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with SunGard Relius software, FT Williams document software and PensionPro software prerferred.
