full service actuarial consulting firm in Northern NJ. We provide Third Party Administrative services to 401k and Defined Contribution plans, as well as, Actuarial Services to Defined Benefit plans. We currently administer approximately 1,000 plans
ranging in size from one participant to several thousand participants. Besides providing annual valuation services we also provide assistance in analyzing and restructuring existing plans. We are proud of our reputation for providing efficient, accurate

TYPE OF JOB:
Defined Contribution Plan Administration
Perform reconciliation of trust assets and
Review census data collected and enter data into administration software.
Prepare contribution allocations
Create valuation reports and prepare Form 5500
and process participant loans and distributions.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and handle inquiries regarding year-end data collection, loans and distributions.
0-2 years of pension
administration or related experience
Knowledge of DATAIR and/or ASC software is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word & Excel
Possess strong time management, organizational, problem solving, customer service and
Able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail
