What we are looking for:
This is a unique opportunity to be on the forefront of developing the culture in a new office, while benefiting from highly successful administration procedures and technology already in place.  DC Administrators, DB/DC Administrators, or Operations Managers are welcome to send their resume.  We are seeking experienced professionals in the retirement plan industry who have familiarity with the various aspects of plan administration, including trust accounting, compliance testing, contribution allocations, preparation of Form 5500 and participant distributions.  Datair & Pension Pro experience is a positive.

This person must possess and effectively demonstrate the following:

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude toward math and accounting

Job Description:
The primary job duty encompasses all aspects of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan administration for a block of clients.  This includes all client communication while leading clients through the annual cycle of collecting and processing their data.
