team objectives. Work with clients to achieve retirement, investment, and planning goals. Increase percent of clients assets held at ES&P affiliates, increase client satisfaction and retention. Maintain required compliant business practices via full
and fair disclosure, documentation, suitability and privacy.
Provide professional, comprehensive financial and retirement planning advice and guidance to clients
surrounding their qualified accounts.
Educate participants on options when transitioning from one job to another. A) Stay in Plan, B) Take a taxable distribution, C) Roll to new plan D) Roll to an IRA
Assist participants with
questions regarding the opening of an IRA and forms associated with transfer.
Recommend and sell Diversified and Transamerica IRA distributed products and services to clients.
Use consultative and persuasive sales skills to uncover client
needs & increase number of accounts and assets under management.
Exhibit a high degree of energy and perseverance to achieve sales goals. Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, e-mail and other approved media.
