Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking a Welfare Plan attorney to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of health and welfare plan experience.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a reduced billable hours requirement. This position is ideal for an attorney seeking interesting, challenging work that allows more flexibility than the shareholder path. Pursuant to Colorado & Washington regulations, if this position is performed from Colorado or Washington, the starting salary is $130,000, and the current salary range for the position is $130,000 - $160,000. Pursuant to California & New York City regulations, if this position is performed in California or New York City, the starting salary is $150,000, and the current salary range for the position is $150,000 - $180,000.
