(Remote)

You’re someone who genuinely likes working with people — not just checking tasks off a list, but actually helping clients feel confident and taken care of. You’re organized, curious about how things work, and you like the idea of building real expertise in a field that matters: helping businesses offer retirement benefits that change people’s lives.
You don’t need to know everything about ERISA on day one. You need to be a clear communicator, a careful thinker, and someone who shows up for both clients and teammates. We’ll invest in the rest.
As a Relationship Manager I, you’ll be the primary contact for a designated group of retirement plan clients and their financial advisors. That means you’re the person they trust — and we take that seriously.
MAP Retirement is one of the few truly national TPAs in the country. While most of our competitors are local or regional, we support nearly 10,400 retirement plans and more than 6,500 businesses nationwide — and we’re still growing. That scale means real career opportunity, not just a job.
But here’s what actually makes us different: we are a people-first organization. We invest in continuous training and professional development because we know that’s how great careers — and great companies — are built. We are technology-forward, but we are people-fueled.
Salary range: $46,000 - $70,000 annually. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Ready to build something here? We’d love to hear from you.
MAP Retirement is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, or criminal record.
