The Pension Design Group (PDG) is a growing Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in Defined Contribution and Cash Balance retirement plans. As our firm continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator who enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong client relationships, and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

You'll manage your own portfolio of retirement plans while serving as a trusted resource for clients, financial advisors, and CPAs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a book of Defined Contribution retirement plans
  • Performing annual compliance testing and consulting on plan compliance
  • Preparing trust accounting, reconciliations, and annual valuation reports
  • Preparing and reviewing Form 5500 filings
  • Assisting with plan document amendments and operational compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisors, and CPAs
  • Staying current on ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Three or more years of Defined Contribution retirement plan administration experience
  • Experience working with FT William and/or Datair software (preferred but not required)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
