Trust Accountant

The candidate should be an energetic and enthusiastic individual. The Trust Accountant position allows an individual to join our team and learn the fundamentals of our business model. This position is currently remote and can remain remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reconciliation of retirement plan investment accounts/trust accounting
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Interim Review and updating of records
• Accounting for Participant Loans
• Contacting clients and financial institutions for necessary information

For all virtual remote positions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours, although we do allow for flexibility during the work day for scheduled interruptions for family care.

We currently have an actuarial department, ERISA attorneys, paralegals, administrators, trust accountants, and a separate distribution department to interact with participants. Many of our staff hold QPA, QKA, and CPC designations.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, please include preferred salary range when applying. A candidate with minimal experience can expect an offer of $45,000 to $48,000. A candidate with up to two years experience can expect an offer of $50,000 to $54,000.

Employment is dependent on the results of a background check.
