Manager, Retirement Plan Services Compliance Team

Following a segmentation of business model, this role will be responsible for managing the consultants including reviewing work, problem solving, creating efficient workflow processes, coaching, and developing staff and coordinating activities between Administrators and Consultants as it relates to Compliance Testing. Collaborates with other managers in making company decisions and developing policies as they relate to the Plan Administrators and the company. Working knowledge of ASC Systems, preferably SSP (Single Step Processing), savvy in adding automations, solving system problems and creating efficiencies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. ASPPA QKA or other industry designations (such as NIPA or CEBS) required. Demonstrated Leadership experience preferred.

Tasks Performed:

  • Manage Consultants & Supervisors (if applicable) with the coordination of workflows and issue resolutions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies.
  • Mentor and assist Retirement Plan Consultants.
  • Support and collaborate with other members of the management team.
