We are currently seeking a Conversion & Installation Manager to join our Team.
Position
summary:
The Conversion & Installation team manages installation of Start-Up Plans, Takeover Plans and conversion of existing plans transferring to new providers. Manages Plan Installations, Notices, Coordination of Fees, Services
Agreements and Platform paperwork. Works closely with Territory Market Leader, plan sponsors, financial advisors, and Recordkeeping Partners throughout Installation to ensure a smooth and successful process. This position is not a

General purpose:
Efficiently execute quality Installation of plans for new clients. Ensuring client fee schedules are properly drafted and service agreements are generated and provided to clients. Follows DOL established notice requirements to ensure compliance for clients.
