The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.
Responsibilities: Raising and retaining assets across the country with a proactive approach in communication by sharing sales ideas, providing product information, offering sales support while working with our partners to increase sales and seek new markets.
Primary focus on PEP’s, core TPA administration & 402(a) 3(16) Fiduciary Services.
