Job Summary
The Head of ERISA Compliance will lead our compliance efforts related to retirement plans covered
by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and non-ERISA plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all ERISA regulations and guidelines, particularly as it relates to the provision of Third
Party Administration (TPA) Services which includes compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, controlled groups and affiliated service groups consultation, and plan document services, while also providing strategic direction and oversight for overall
compliance programs.

Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be between
$131,000 and $170,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range
however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis. Other rewards and benefits may include: 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, paid-time off, etc. For more information, please visit
