Account Executive

HS&BA a Third-Party Administrator located in Dublin is seeking an experienced account executive/fund manager.
Job purpose:
The Account Executive is responsible for directing and coordinating client service
activities and ensuring that unique needs of the clients are met. Deliverables are in the form of business management and administration efficiencies that include the result of satisfied clients
Duties and
responsibilities:
- Client Services
- Servicing trustee requests as they arise, including attending trust meetings, presenting required reports (i.e., Trust Administration Reports), perform trend analysis and
make recommendations as required
- Work with third party professionals (consultants, attorneys, auditors, etc.) in assimilating information to ensure that plan requirements are met
- Serve as project manager in overseeing the rollover of new
and existing clients into the current business operating systems
- Generate reports to trustees and other trust professionals as necessary
- Vendor Relations
- Serve as primary point of contact to healthcare
providers to resolve problems, share information and exchange data (i.e., eligibility, claim information, fee schedules, etc.)
- Serve as customer service liaison in responding to and resolving vendor, client, employer, trustee, and member
questions
- Furnish reports to vendors as needed
- Evaluate reporting procedures for efficiency and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Determine benefits on claims that require high-level analysis
- Other duties and
special projects as assigned
Qualifications:*
- 3-5 years’ experience in Taft-Hartley benefit administration - R
- Bachelor’s degree - P
- Must possess the ability to
calculate figures, discounts, interest and claim payments - R
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - R
- Demonstrated capabilities in leading a diverse workforce – R
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
– R
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team spirit - R
- Ability to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives - R
- Demonstrated project management
experience – R
- Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information, collect and research data, and use intuition and experience to complement data - R
Experience:
- Taft Hartley Benefit Admin:
3-5 years (Required)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
