Experienced DB/CB/Combo Plan Administrator - Join Our Established TPA Firm

We are a 50-Year Old Third Party Administration firm seeking an experienced Defined Benefit/Cash Balance/Combo Plan Administrator to join our team. 

Required Experience:

• Hands-on administration of DB/CB Plans - must be comfortable performing calculations and testing independently, not just relying on an actuary.
• Preparation of AFTAPs and Schedule SBs.
• Strong understanding of Section 415 Limitations.
• Ability to manage plans from start to finish (A to Z), including client communications, and collaboration with CPAs and financial advisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required - concentration in Math, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Finance strongly preferred.
• ASPPA or EA Designation (or active pursuit of such) preferred.
• Experience with ASC Compliance Software is a plus.
