DC Plan Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Defined Contribution consultant primarily for daily valuation 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans. 

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of DC plan administration:

• Full-service administration for assigned caseload of daily valued Defined Contribution retirement plans.
• Maintaining client and advisor relationships.
• Perform compliance work related to testing & tax filings.
• Assist clients with contribution allocations.
• Assist clients with participant distributions.
• Exemplifying superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.

Education, Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of Defined Contribution Plan consulting experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ideally, familiarity with Schwab Retirement Technologies (Schwab RT) and PensionPro Software.
• Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
• Organized, self‐motivated, excellent time management and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000
• Salaried, non-exempt
• Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance
• Paid time off

Work Location/Hours:

• Work from home
• Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
• We will supply all necessary computer equipment
• Typical 9am-5pm work week
