Description

The Client Experience Specialist (CES) supports the plan administrators and other team members to ensure a world class client experience. The role provides support to the Plan Administrator with various duties to support gathering compliance data, interacting with Plan Sponsor and advisor on behalf of the Plan Administrator and delivering various documents to the Plan Sponsor.  The CES will communicate with clients and their advisors throughout Plan year to gauge satisfaction and communicate various Plan timeframes, communicate new clients plan document to client and advisor, and other plan transactions, provide various forms to plan sponsors/advisors to assist in running the Plan efficiently and other duties as needed to provide industry leading customer experience.  The CES must fit within our culture of integrity, teamwork, and putting clients’ interests first!

  • Serve as initial point of contact for clients/advisors, and route client requests appropriately.
  • Track deliverables requested by clients to completion.
  • Execute regular tasks such as distributions, preparation of reports & client information changes.
  • Archive client information and correspondence in an organized manner consistent with firm practices
  • Set up and maintain client data, updates, notes, and mailings in CRM software.
  • Make OUTGOING calls/emails to clients/advisors on periodic basis to “check in”, provide industry news and /or ask for a deliverable (census, signed amendment, etc)
  • Assist with annual report publishing to clients.
  • Fielding retirement compliance and plan design questions.
  • Consultatively communicate with clients and financial advisors
  • Assist with plan design options.
  • Prepare plan documents, plan amendments, merger/acquisition agreements and plan terminations.
  • Collaborate and assist with new plan business as needed.
  • Resolve prospect/customer issues in a timely, professional and confident manner.
  • Learn all systems used by Aimpoint in operations of business.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Great communication skills with plan sponsors, advisors and other points of contact
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Motivated
  • Some experience in qualified plan design, compliance testing and administration
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel experience, and the ability to learn new software quickly

We offer competitive salaries with bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life and 401(k) with a company match, paid-holidays, and education reimbursement. The range for this role is $50-$60K, DOE.
