Implementation Specialist

(Remote / Jacksonville FL / Hybrid)

Our growing TPA is seeking an Implementation Specialist. This role is pertinent in building and retaining relationships with Clients, Advisors and recordkeeping representatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide
superior customer service, including problem solving with minimal inconvenience to clients
- Partner and communicate timely and effectively with plan sponsors, financial advisors and recordkeepers
- Communicate effectively and timely to all
team members internally
- Stay current with ERISA laws through self-study and company-sponsored training sessions
- Accurately and timely setup plans on the recordkeeping systems
- Coordinate paperwork/online setup to
completion
- Ensure that all TPA fees are setup correctly with Recordkeepers and communicated to RSS Accounting
- Ensure that Revenue share/trail payments are setup and communicated to RSS Accounting
- Coordinate and follow up on asset
movement and blackout dates with all parties involved
- Ensure that plan hand off notes are complete and thorough
- Ensure that plan introduction emails are sent timely
- Assist with setting up 1st deferral payments with Client and
Recordkeeper
- Assist with transition to internal payroll team when applicable
- Create trust summaries when applicable
- Keep Team and Manager informed of implementation related issues or concerns that arise, proactively work to address
client needs
- Coordinate and participate in Client, Financial Advisor and/or Recordkeeper Meetings
- Actively participate in internal meetings
- Help develop and enhance processes and procedures to ensure consistent, efficient service
levels
- May manage special projects as assigned
- Work independently with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe PDFs
- Work with ftwilliam.com and PensionPro
- Work with various Recordkeeping platforms
- Work with
various Payroll Systems
- Complete QKA within the first year if not already achieved
- Maintain ASPPA designations through required continuing education

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $50,000 - $75,000 plus Discretionary Bonus
