The Purpose of Your Role:

The Conversion Analyst (CA) works with the Conversion Project Manager and other internal
departments to successfully implement retirement plans. The goal is to provide a successful and seamless transition into Sentinel’s ongoing administrative process. One key part of the CA role is reviewing, mapping, and loading all conversion
data in the recordkeeping systems for ongoing service. This involves working with and manipulating multiple file types with a high amount of detailed data.
This is a consultative role where the CA works closely with other team members and
departments in a way that displays Sentinel’s five foundational values: Integrity, Excellence, Empowerment, Expertise, and Innovation. The role demands a high level of skill in organization and detailed work with conversion files.
