What we are looking for:

• Remote work is ok
• At least 5 years Defined Benefit Plan experience required
• ASPPA or other designations are highly valued and supported.
• Familiarity with all aspects of plan administration
• ASC software experience is a huge plus
• If you can work in one of our admin offices, you will be given priority consideration. (Tacoma, WA or Lake Oswego, OR)
• Strong desire to exceed expectations

Job Description:

Performing all aspects of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan administration for a book of clients with help from assistants.

• Compliance Testing and Reporting
• Actuarial Coordination
• Administrators are responsible for A-Z on their plans, with a support team to help complete tasks timely
• We do not work with participants directly

Who we are:

Farmer & Betts is growing. This provides opportunities for advancement!  We handle mostly small to mid-size plans. We are a fee only, third party pension administration and consulting firm that does not handle any investments or insurance. We administer over 3000 retirement plans throughout the country remotely and from our administration offices in Oregon, and Washington. We have a positive and focused office environment with a close family of around 60 employees.
