About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TPA Advocate to bridge the gap between our internal teams and the retirement plan administration industry. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your extensive background in TPA administration and software to guide product development, foster customer success, and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives to enhance our offerings and grow our presence in the market.

Responsibilities

Product and Market Expertise

• Partner with the product team to drive the development of retirement-specific solutions that meet the evolving needs of TPAs.
• Act as a customer advocate, relaying valuable feedback to improve platform features and usability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide actionable market insights.

Customer Success and Advocacy

• Collaborate with the client success team to ensure customers are fully supported and thriving with our platform.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for customers to address challenges, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships.

Sales and Marketing Support

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support new business initiatives by offering industry insights and participating in key presentations.
• Contribute to marketing content and strategies that resonate with TPAs and retirement plan professionals.

Strategic Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry organizations, record-keepers, and stakeholders.
• Represent Stax.ai at conferences, forums, and industry events to advocate for our platform and solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure product quality and align technical capabilities with market demands.
• Facilitate seamless communication across teams to align objectives and deliver consistent results.

Leadership and Reporting

• Report directly to the CEO, offering insights on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, leveraging your industry expertise to shape the company's direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in TPA administration and/or working with TPA software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the retirement plan industry, including record-keeping and compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and effectively communicate customer needs.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience presenting at industry events and forums is a plus.
• Passion for driving innovation and improving industry practices through technology.
