Account Executive (B2B SaaS Sales)

Stax.ai is revolutionizing the way retirement plan third-party administrators (TPAs) manage their workflows and client experience. Our AI-driven platform is designed to streamline operations, boost productivity, and empower TPAs to deliver exceptional service. We are seeking two experienced Account Executives (AEs) to join our growing sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with experience in the retirement industry. You will leverage your expertise to build relationships with TPAs and help them understand how Stax.ai can transform their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on TPAs and the retirement plan industry.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to TPAs, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, managing partners, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Develop and execute account strategies to exceed revenue goals and drive customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  7. Use CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline progress and provide accurate forecasts.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling complex solutions to businesses.
  2. Familiarity with the retirement industry and TPA workflows is strongly preferred.
  3. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  6. Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
