Retirement Plan Administrator - 401(k)/DC Specialist

Altigro is growing and looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of ERISA Plan Administration including but not limited to:

• Review of employee census for eligibility determination
• Contribution Allocations, such as Employer Match, Safe Harbor, New Comparability,
  Integrated, Pro-Rata and non-discrimination testing
• ADP/ACP calculations, testing and refund options
• Asset reconciliation and Annual Valuation preparation
• Preparation of Government Filings, including Form 5500, 5500-SF, 5500-EZ, 8955-SSA, 5330
• Client facing
• Calculation of Vesting
• Review and calculation of loans and distributions and RMDs
• Software: Relius, Pension Pro, Office 365, Adobe Professional

What is expected of you to be considered for this position:

• Minimum of 4+ years of plan administration experience
• Working knowledge of plan design and IRS regulations
• Superior Communication Skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task
• QKA / QPA, ASPPA/NIPA Designations a plus, Designations and Continuing Education credits are financially supported by the Employer

Salary range $75-80,000; benefits include: competitive compensation, 401(k) plan with safe harbor contribution, health, dental, vision, hybrid work schedule.  Salary, benefits and position offered will be commensurate to your years experience and expertise.
