Heritage Pension Advisors, Inc. is looking for a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator that provides A-Z administration. Some of these plans are combined with a defined benefit plan. The administrator will work in tandem with the actuary in providing service to these clients. We utilize Datair and FT Williams for our compliance and tax reporting software. Experience with these programs is a plus.
Duties include:
- Request data from client and follow up as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries and develop client relationships.
- Prepare 5500 and ERISA report and accompanying tax forms for each plan.
- Prepare and run the following tests: ADP, ACP, 410(b) and other tests as required.
- Monitor 415 and 402(g) limits.
- Calculate annual employer profit sharing and year-end or true up matching contributions.
- Prepare Plan Documents and Plan Amendments
- Review amendments as needed.
- Assist with IRS and internal client audits.
- Research special questions, new rules and regulations.
- Monitor Plans to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase. In addition to your competitive salary, you will receive paid holidays, paid vacation, medical, 401K.
