We are looking for a 3(16) Administrator to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with plan sponsors and participants. Service and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Position Overview:
As a 3(16) Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of our clients' retirement plans. We are seeking a highly organized, self-starting individual who is eager to learn and grow within a company that values great culture and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and effective communication with clients, participants, and recordkeepers (via phone and email)
  • Prepare accurate calculations of eligibility, deposit reconciliation, and vesting
  • Review and interpret plan documents and qualified plan rules and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Pull payroll reports and reconcile to Recordkeepers
  • Navigate and manage data across various recordkeeper websites
  • Provide comprehensive quarterly reviews of plan operations to clients
  • Distribute notices, enrollment packets, terminations
  • Review election percents

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working with various recordkeeper websites and pulling payroll reports
  • Ability to interpret plan documents and apply qualified plan rules and regulations accurately
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience accurately calculating amounts and working with participants and recordkeepers
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ASC is a plus, but not required
  • Pension education credentials (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in the retirement industry
