Farmer & Betts, Inc., a leading Third Party Administrator specializing in retirement plan services, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across the country.

About Us:

With decades of industry expertise and a commitment to client success, we partner with advisors, employers, and plan sponsors to create tailored solutions that meet diverse retirement planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to grow market share and achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the retirement industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities in retirement plan administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Farmer & Betts, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the retirement plan or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, 401(k), and other retirement plan structures.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
