What the position is:

DB/Cash Balance Plans Analyst

Stable, independent TPA on the East Coast seeking experienced DB/Cash Balance Plans analyst.  This position can be 100% remote.

• Salary range $80,000 - $100,000, plus bonus eligibility

What you’ll do:

• Consult with plan sponsors and advisors
• Partner with the in-house Actuary
• Work with small plans, most with 100 or fewer participants
• Review valuation reports for DB, cash balance, and DC-DB Combo plans
• Analyze and review compliance and non-discrimination testing that is prepared by other team members
• Prepare minimum, recommended, and maximum contribution amounts
• Manage plan terminations
• Research complex plan issues and explain them to clients
• Work Eastern Time Zone schedule
