Retirement Plan Administrator

Looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator with five plus years of experience. Someone who can provide administrative services to clients, compliance oversight and testing, as well as government filing. An individual who is motivated, a self-starter
and has experience working in a remote setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verify employer contributions and prepare annual contribution calculations including New Comparability profit-sharing calculations, safe
harbor true ups, and discretionary match calculations.
- Review contribution verification reports and communicate issues and corrections to clients
- Consult with payroll group regarding eligibility, participant and plan limits, source
issues
- Works with Account Managers, Financial Advisors, and Plan Sponsors on client issues
- Discuss potential plan document changes with Plan Sponsor and work with internal team to implement provision changes
- Managing clients,
requiring full annual plan administration including but not limited to plan census, contribution calculations, required testing, account reconciliation, and tax form preparation. Answer questions from plan sponsors regarding plan design, eligibility,
contributions, testing, vesting, and other aspects of plan operation
- Top-heavy determinations
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend plan documents
- Work closely with in-house administration team on questions regarding
documents, notices, distributions, and loan issues
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with plan sponsors, participants, investment advisors, and record keepers.

the information and options available
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA and subsequent Regulations, including Secure 2.0
- Knowledge of all aspects of small /medium case plan administration/consulting as well as Plan
Distributions/Loans
- Working knowledge of DOL and IRS annual filing requirements and forms, as well as plan correction programs for both services
- Experience working in FT Williams (3-5 years minimum)
- Exceptional organizational skills
and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently but also be part of a great team of plan administrators
- Prior knowledge of various types of 401(k)s, profit sharing, and other 401(a) type plans
- Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written are required
- Experience working with large group, audited plans
Technology and Education Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Etc. and
Google Suite Products comparable to said Microsoft Products)
- FT Williams (3-5 years of experience required)
- College degree is preferred
