(Sacramento CA / Hybrid)
Are you passionate about retirement plan administration but tired of working for such a big company? Consider joining our team! Benefit Resources was established in 1987 and is a family owned and locally staffed company which is supportive and collaborative, with room for professional growth. We believe in maintaining reasonable expectations of staff, affording each the opportunity to attend to their personal responsibilities and aspirations. This is not a sales position; our administrators are assigned their caseload and are expected to perform a wide range of administrative duties (described below) which we believe helps foster a sense of meaningful contribution to the community and satisfaction with their role in the organization.
Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability and life insurance, 12 annual holidays (mostly Federal), 12 days paid vacation to start, and 8 days of sick leave each year. Eligibility to accrue most benefits is after 90 days of employment. Our 401(k) (safe harbor match) Plan enrolls new participants the calendar quarter following 6 months of employment.
