We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a distribution specialist and assistant to a plan administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process loans and distributions for plan participants
  • Communicate with plan participants, plan sponsors and advisors by email and phone
  • Complete distributions forms, prepare letters of intent and participant distribution notices
  • Support our Administrators by preparing reports, reviewing and importing census data, and downloading statements
  • Answer and direct phone calls

Qualifications:

  • Must live in California or Utah
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to manage own time and schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the retirement plan industry is a plus.
