Our office services over 1,800 plans and 17,500 participants for companies across the United States. Job Summary

This position will be the primary contact for existing Advisor relationships to sell new plans with RPC and will (more importantly) work to find new Advisor relationships within their territory, East Coast.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sell new retirement plans utilizing RPC’s Recordkeeping and Third Party Administration
    • Upsell Wealth Management Nebraska’s 3(38) Fiduciary Investment Management services
  • Relationship management for current Advisors in your territory
  • Find and build relationships with new Financial Advisors (develop/recruit new RIA firm channels)
  • Maintain the CRM software (document activity)
  • Selling new plans:
    • Developing proposals
    • Creating new plan design illustrations
    • Reviewing current plan provisions
    • Educating Advisors and Plan Sponsors on any recommended changes

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Series 65
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work with many different plan types (401(k), 403(b), etc.)
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
  • Further knowledge in employer sponsored retirement area
