Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retirement industry or a tech-focused operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tech platforms.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: based on experience, with opportunities for significant bonuses/profit sharing.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Growth Opportunities: A dynamic work environment that promotes professional development and career advancement.
  • Inclusive Culture: Join a team that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
