Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Retirement Plan Administrator to join a well established team in a remote TPA environment. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of daily valued 401(k), 403(b), 457, and Cash Balance plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy in plan administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, and Cash Balance plans.
  • Perform plan allocations, reconciliations, and terminations.
  • Conduct discrimination testing (ADP, ACP, Top Heavy, 415L, etc.).
  • Process loans and distributions accurately and timely.
  • Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance with IRS/DOL regulations.
  • Assist in system conversions as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in retirement plan administration, specifically with daily valued plans.
  • Strong ERISA knowledge.
  • ASPPA designations highly desired (QKA, QPA, QKC, CPC) or willingness to attain
  • System savvy and ability to learn quickly - proficiency with any industry software (ASC, Datair, Relius, ftwilliam, SRT, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
  • Caseload will be determined based on experience.

Salary - $65,000 - $90,000 (depending on level of experience and designations)
