Compass is a third-party administrator (TPA) that provides client companies with retirement plan design, administration, actuarial services, and ongoing consulting services to ensure our clients’ plans are in compliance with DOL, ERISA, IRS, and other regulations. Our headquarters are in Stratham, NH, but our clients are nationwide in various industries and sizes. We are passionate about the use of technology and are always looking for more streamlined ways to perform tasks.
What You Will Do
Job Summary:
The Distribution & Communications Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for all
distribution-related matters. They must ensure distribution requests are logged timely and accurately upon receipt and that all questions from recipients, plan sponsors, advisors, consultants, and vendors are responded to timely, accurately, and
professionally. They will also assist in the timely processing of distributions from various retirement plan types and communication management for other departments as needed. They are expected to provide excellent customer service to recipients, plan
sponsors, advisors, consultants, and vendors with minimal supervision.
THIS POSITION CAN BE FULLY REMOTE, HYBRID OR IN-OFFICE IN STRATHAM, NH.
